Season Rules
Note: these rules are from the 2024 season and may be updated before the next season.
- Seven players per side with a 20-player roster maximum
- Three-player offensive and defensive lines, with one offensive player permitted to release
- A neutral zone - a one-yard physical buffer between the lines
- Contact restricted to linemen only
- Three total timeouts per team
- Clock management: stops at the two-minute warning, during timeouts, and on official stoppages
- All fumbles remain live

What are registration costs? (2024 figures - confirm current pricing.) $40/player if paid by the end of the day on August 7, and $50/player after that date. Full payment and signed waivers are required to participate. Payment via CashApp ($DiamondCitySports), Venmo (@Kevin-Sickle), or cash in person.
Can offensive linemen block on running plays? Yes, blocking by the offensive line is permitted on all plays.
Can the offensive line block blitzing defenders? Yes, linemen may block any defenders pursuing the quarterback.
Can the quarterback run after a blitz? Yes, provided defensive pressure exists from either the line or other defenders.
