Season 2 of girls flag football gets underway in August 2026. Girls have competed in the spring league since 2020; this is now a dedicated girls-only division.

Season Details

• Timing: games begin August 2026
• Location: Miner Park, Wilkes-Barre - Saturdays
• Cost: $40 (includes a Diamond City Sports t-shirt)
• Fundraising: none required

The PIAA has sanctioned girls flag football beginning with the 2025-2026 school year, and we expect area schools to field their own teams soon.
